My rate is £35/hour.
You can work with me on an ad-hoc basis, paying only for the hours you use, or set up a monthly retainer built around however many hours you need. No minimum. Nothing you're locked into.
The rate stays the same either way. The difference is priority: retainer clients are scheduled into my month first, so your work is planned in advance rather than waiting on spare capacity. Unused hours don't roll over to the next month.
